RBC Dexia has opened an office for the Middle East and North Africa region, focussing on business development and client service. Based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, the office will be run by Andrew Polley, reporting to Richard Hale, sales and relationship management regional head for UK, Ireland and Middle East. Rob Lowe, a director of sales and relationship management, has relocated to the office from London.
