| A Large tier 1 US Investment Bank requires a suitable candidate to take on the role of Product Bid Engagement Manager within their Global Custody Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with clients during the bid process in support of sales and relationship management, identifying gaps in the global custody offering and working with the Segment Leaders and the Product Development team to create solutions tailored to the segment. You will provide post sales product support to the clients, deliver product related sales presentations to existing and prospective clients. The candidate will have ideally between 2-7 years experience in the financial industry, relevant commercial experience gained from a custodian or within financial services. A proven track record in either operations, client, project or product management. An ability to understand the clients business, to deal with multiple tasks in a fast paced and evolving environment and have the willingness to take the initiative. You will also need strong analytical/problem solving skills, a proven track record of operating in a team and the ability to act in a consultative role across the deals. Applications will be excepted from candidates in either technology or operations looking to move into a more commercial client facing role. | |||
