| Job description |
- Heading a team of between 6 and 8 individuals. This team will act as the main interface between the Bank's operational services and the external managers located in North America, Europe and Asia and be responsible for monitoring activity, resolving problems that have escalated and tracking objectives.
- On an operational and technical level, taking responsibility for the day-to-day follow-up of relations with the managers (managing liquidities, client payments, tracking settlements and reconciling registered shares and cash on assigned accounts).
- Being present when external managers pay occasional visits, with a view to assessing the level of service provided by the Bank and understanding their needs

| Profile |
Degree in the banking and/or financial field More than 5 years’ experience in the field of banking (back-office including trade processing, settlement, corporate action and reconciliation) Excellent knowledge of financial instruments Management experience Excellent command of written and spoken French and English Perfect command of written and spoken English and/or German. Being bilingual would be an asset |
